摘　　要：现阶段,我国责任保险发展比较缓慢,但发展空间较大。本文对我国发展责任保险的意义、所需要的客观环境及发展对策做了相关探讨,对加入WTO后,提高我国保险业的发展有一定的指导意义。The liability insurance has been developing very slowly in China in recent years. However, the space for it is very wide. In this essay, the author has a deep discussion about the significance, the objective environment and the developing oountermeasures of it. All of this will be the guide for the development of the insurance industry in China, especially after China＇ s accession to the World Trade Organization.
