摘　　要：市政债券属于地方政府债券,是发达国家资本市场的重要融资工具,但目前我国债券市场上市政债券尚属空白。为了满足中国城市基础设施建设的庞大资金需求,推动经济的发展,提出在借鉴发达国家市政债券市场成熟经验的前提下,发展我国市政债券市场,并对我国发行市政债券的必要性与可行性进行了较为深入地分析。Municipal bond is a part of public debts of the local govemment, which is an important financing vehicle of capital market in the developed countries. But at present, municipal bond in our bond market is empty. This paper forwards an advise of building and promoting the municipal bond market in China in order to satisfy the large volume need of capital and money about the infrastructure construction in the city, and gives a deep analysis about the necessity and feasibility of China municipal bond issue.
