摘　　要：目的建立盐酸左西替利嗪片的含量测定方法.方法以水为溶剂,用紫外分光光度法直接测定盐酸左西替利嗪片中盐酸左西替利嗪的含量.结果该方法测得盐酸左西替利嗪平均回收率为99.85%、RSD为0.45%.结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,基质不干扰测定,可用于盐酸左西替利嗪片的质量控制.The purpose of this article is to find a way to determine the effective content of Levo - cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets. Taking water as dissolvent, this article uses UV spectrophotometr method to directly determine the content of Levo - cetirizine Hydrochloride in Levo - cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets. The result is that this method determines that average recovery ratio of Levo - cetirizine Hydrochloride is 99.85%, and RSD is 0.45% .To a conclusion, this method is convenient, sensitive, accurate, and would not be interfered by ground substance. It can be used in the quality control of Levo - cetiriaine Hydrochloride tablets.
