浅析油价上涨对我国石油安全的影响

摘　　要：石油价格上涨对我国经济发展产生重大影响。根据世界石油储量和生产数据,进行了分析:油价上涨不是资源不足,而是低油价时期投资不足和国际游资炒作等原因造成。根据我国石油资源和对外依存度,提出了在大力增加油气勘探力度及提高天然气产量的同时,应采取提倡节约能源、开辟国际市场、实现货源多样化、增加石油储备和寻找新能源的对策建议。In view of the great effect of the petroleum price boom on our economy development, tins paper concerns itself with analyzing and confirming the causes of the price booming according to the world petraleum reserves and productian data, which are not only the shortage of oil resources, but the lack of sufficient investment in the periods with lower price and the trick of international movable funds. According to our petroleum resources and the dependence on foreign countries, some countermeasures are put forward to guarantee the security of our country petroleum, which not only include the reinforcement of oil and gas exploration and the raise of the natural gas output, but also cover the reduction of energy consumption, the opening of international market, the diversity of good sources, the increase of oil reserves and discovery of new energy.
