摘 要:以二甲基氯硅烷对滤纸进行改性,修饰后的滤纸具有良好的疏水性和热稳定性,发光背景值降低。咔唑能很好地吸附在修饰过的滤纸上,发射较强的磷光,激发波长和发射波长分别位于259nm和440nm。考察了4种无机盐类重原子微扰剂对咔唑室温磷光的影响,并优化了烘干温度、烘干时间等实验条件。以二甲基氯硅烷键合滤纸作为固相萃取膜,可有效富集水样中的痕量咔唑,本文对流速及饱和曲线等萃取条件也进行了优化。浓度在3.25×10^-9-8.00×10^-7mol/L范围内的咔唑经固相萃取后,其磷光强度与浓度线性关系良好,检出限为3.25×10^-9mol/L。对自来水和昆玉河水样中的咔唑含量进行测定,加标回收率为83%-104%,相对标准偏差小于3.2%。方法操作简便、选择性好、准确度高,结果满意。Based on the solid-phase extraction -room temperature phosphorescence(SPE -RTP) with silane modified filter paper, a method for the determination of carbazole in water sample was developed. The modified paper has high hydrophobicity, thermal stability and low luminescence background after coating with dimethylchorosilane and could be used as the SPE membrane to extract carbazole from water samples. Carbazole absorbed efficiently on the modified paper and emited strong phosphorescence. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of the phosphorescence of the molecule were 259 nm and 440 nm, respectively. The effects of 4 kinds of heavy atoms on SS - RTP were investigated, and the experimental conditions were optimized. The linear range of the calibration curve for carbazole was 3.25 × 10^-9 -8.00 × 10^-7 mol/L and the LOD was 3.25 × 10^-9 mol/L. The method has been applied for the enrichment and determination of carbazole in tap water and Kunyu River with recoveries ranging from 83% to 104%.
