四苯基卟啉-蒽醌的荧光性能研究

摘　　要：研究了四苯基卟啉-蒽醌的荧光性质，考察了荧光性质的影响因素，提出了测定其荧光强度的荧光光谱分析法。计算了四苯基卟啉-蒽醌的荧光量子产率，初步探讨了荧光猝灭机理。该方法灵敏度高，检出限可达3-176μmol／L，结果表明，荧光强度与四苯基卟啉-蒽醣的浓度在3．176，28．58μmol／L范围内有良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．9892。The fluorescence property of porphyin-anthraquinone and the main factors affecting it were studied, A fluorescence method for the determination of porphyin-anthraquinone in dimethylformamide was proposed, and the fluorescence quantum yield and quenching rate were estimated. The linear range was 3. 176 - 28, 58 μmol/L, with a correlation coefficient of 0. 989 2. The detection limit was 3. 176 μmol/L.
