视屏作业人员慢性肌肉骨骼损伤的调查研究

摘　　要：２３２名微机操作人员的慢性肌肉骨骼损伤表现为肩、颈、下背的酸痛和肩疲劳，与对照组比差异显著。手、腕及上肢的慢性损伤虽较对照组高，但无统计学意义。这与他们的击键次数相对较少（每日１００００次左右）。The chronic musculoskeletal injuries had been studied among 232 video display terminal (VDU). The results indicated that there were high prevalence of shoulders pain, neck pain, lower back pain and shoulders fatigue with statistics differnce as compared with the control group. The chronic musculoskeletal injuries in hands, wrists were also of higher prevalences than that of the control group. But results of analysis showed no statistics difference between the two groups:The occurrence of chronic musculoskeletal injuries among VDU operators was related to their working postures,such as lowering of head and continous bending of lower foward high working tables,when the operators worked at the VDU.
