摘 要:用国产连续流动冷原子荧光分析仪系统研究了低硼氢化钾还原土壤中汞的可能性和最佳条件。结果表明,当硼氢化钾浓度低至1×10-5mol/L时,荧光强度值达到最大;大多数常见的过渡金属及易形成氢化物的元素不干扰测定。在选定的实验条件下,检出限可达0.005 ng/mL;对0.5 ng/mL的汞标液进行12次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0.67%。该法操作简便、成本低廉,已成功用于成都东郊土壤中痕量汞的垂直分布研究,结果令人满意。The possibility and optimum analytical condition for reduction of Hg^2+ in soil with low concentration of KBH4 were systematically studied by continuous flow cold vapor atomic fluorescence analyzer made in China. The results showed that fluorescence intensity reached maximum when concentration of KBtL was as low as 1×10^-5 mol/L. No interference was observed from most commonly encountered transition metals and hydride-forming elements. Under selected experimental condition, 0.005 ng/mL of detection limit was obtained with the relative standard deviation of 0.67% [p(Hg) = 0.5 ng/mL, n = 12]. The method proved to be simple, low cost and successful for analysis of vertical distribution of Hg in soil of eastern suburb Chengdu with satisfaetory resuhs.
