摘  要:在流化床实验台上进行了温度、NH3/NO摩尔比、氧量等对NO消减及N2O生成与分解影响的实验,并进行了多相催化还原反应喷氨脱硝实验,对其机理进行了分析,结果表明,影响喷氨脱硝过程NO消减率及N2O的生成与分解的最重要因素是温度和氧浓度.氧量和温度变化中,都有一个NO消减率最大值,石灰石和床灰对喷氨脱硝具有一定的催化作用,多相催化还原使NO的还原温度有所降低。Experiments for finding out the influences of the temperature, the molar ratio of NH 3 to NO, the oxygen concentration on the reduction of NO and N 2O were performed on a small fluidized bed combustor. NO x reduction during ammonia injection through heterogeneous catalytic reaction was also investigated and the mechanism analyzed. The results show that the most important factors affecting the reduction and formation of NO and N 2O are temperature and oxygen concentration. There is a maximum NO reduction when either the temperature or oxygen concentration is varied. Limestone and bed ash exert some catalytic effect on NO reduction. Heterogeneous catalytic reduction makes the temperature of NO disoxidation decrease and NO reduction maintain a relatively high level within a comparatively wide temperature range.
