从白羊草成熟胚和幼穗培养诱导再生植株

摘　　要：由生长在北京地区的无融合生殖白羊草的成熟胚和幼穗诱导出愈伤组织，并由愈伤组织分化出植株．来源于成熟胚和幼穗的胚性愈伤组织的植株分化频率分别为４０％和８５％．Matured embryo and inflorescence of apomictic Bothriochloa ischaemum which grow in the wild field of Beijing district derived callus,and the callus derive the plantlet regeneration'The frequency of embryogenic callus plant regeneration which derived from matured embryo and infolrescence was 40% and 85% respectively.
