摘 要:在实验室条件下,进行了硼铁矿综合利用新工艺的研究.硼铁矿经磁选分离获得含B2O3>13%的硼精矿和含TFe~55%的含硼铁精矿.硼精矿经活化焙烧,B2O3活性大于90%,可直接用碳碱法生产硼砂.含硼铁精矿可作为烧结球团含硼添加剂使用,或经直接还原-熔化分离进行硼铁分离,获得钢铁材料及可直接用于硼砂生产的富硼渣.The new process of multipurpose utilization of ludwigite was studied in laborotory.Boroconcentrate (B 2O 3>13%,TFe~5%) and ferroconcentrate containing boron (TFe~55%,B 2O 3~5%) were gotten with classification magnetic separation. The boroconcentrate,heated for improving activity to 90% on the condition of 750~800℃,could be produced borax (Na 2B 4O 7·10H 2O) directly by chinese soda CO 23 process. Ferroconcentrate containing boron could be made as boron containing additives in sinter and pellet production or be separeted boron and iron through selective reduction (direct reduction melted separation) that could get iron and steel,high activity B 2O 3 slag that could be produced borax directly. Ludwigite could be multipurpose utilized on this process.
