摘　　要：本文首次用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了狼把草中的木犀草素、槲皮素和芹黄素，建立了该中药中有效成分分离、测定的色谱方法．色谱条件：ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇－水－乙酸（７０：３０：０．４Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，紫外检测波长２５４ｎｍ．方法简便、灵敏、准确。Luteolin and quercetin and apigenin in Bidens tripartita L.were separated and determined by RP HPLC for the first time. A chromatographic method for the separation and the determination of active constituents in this Chinese medicinal herb was established. The chromatographic conditions are:ODS column,methanol-water-acetic acid (70∶30∶0.4V/V)as mobile phase and UV detection at 254nm.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate.This study provides scientific basis for expanding the exploitation and the utilization of this Chinese medicinal herb resources.
