摘　　要：本次设计是在东西向路网系统的基础上，组织规划大型的建筑群，而不对任何单体建筑加以限制。因此设计方案只是一个初步的城市规划概念，需要更进一步的深入和细化。The design is based on a grid system running east west, which serves as an instrument to organise the large complex without restricting individual interpretation.The design proposal is therefore only an Initial urban planning concept, requiring further planning stages to develop a more detailed architectural interpretation.
