计算机辅助变形接头设计及其工作图自动生成系统

摘　　要：工程中常需要板材制品──变形接头，而在该制品的工作图中必须配有展开图，本文讨论了一个变形接头设计和工作图生成的CAD系统及其实现的基本算法，该系统以参数化图形库为基础，实现数据库管理，通过对接头进行参数化设计，变可快速得到精确的制品视图、展开图及所需尺寸．该系统参数组合方便，计算可靠，实用有效，可直接用于生产中．In engineering frequently needed are board goods products──shapechanged joints. And the spread views are necessary in their work views.This paper discusses the CAD system for the design of shapechanged joints and the automatic formation system based on the view store to achieve view store management, and through the parametric design of joints to get accurate views,spread view and necessary sizes of products. The system is convenient to compose parameters,reliable in computation, practical and effective and can directly be used in production.
