七一九月人胎听皮层发育的研究(电镜观察)

摘　　要：本文继光镜下观察了一七一九月人胎听皮层发育这后，又在电镜下观察了其亚细胞的发育情况。结果：一、发育的一般情况；１、七月份；未见典型突触，线拉体呈棒状，可见少量嵴伸向囊内；２、八月份，可见到典型突触，但数量较少，突触类型主要为Ⅱ型对称性轴一树和轴一体突触，突触小泡为圆形、清亮、无核心小泡，数量仅占触前膨大体积的一小部分，且比较分散。线粒体拨不典型，嵴很短且稀疏；３、九月份。After the observations on the development of the acoustic cortices of the fetuses during the 7th to 9th month under the optical microscope,the subcellular development was ob- served with electron-microscope.The results are as follows:1.General developmental condition: (1)、In the 7th month,characteristic synapsis were not seen,the mitochondria were rod-like with a few ridges protruding into the cavities.(2)、In he 8th month,typical synapsis were visible in a few anount.The synapsis were chiefly type Ⅱ symmertrical axon-dendrite and dendrite- axon synapsis.Synaptie bubbles were round,bright,without nuclei.The number of the synaptic bubbles only accounted for small portion of the volume of the synaptic expansion,and the bubbles were not concentrated.The development of mitochondria were not concentrated.The develop- ment of mitochondria was still not typical and the ridges were short and scattered.(3)、In the 9th month,the number of synapsis increased greatly comparing with that in the 8th month.The synapsis were mainly type Ⅱ,but occasionally type Ⅰ non-symmertical synapsis couldbe seen. The synaptic bubbles increased obviously.The shape of mitochondria tended to be typical.2. Stereological indexes of synaptic development (1)、The faces density of synapsis in the 8th and 9th month were separately 220.44/μm^2 and 280.89/μm^2;(2)、The areas of the synaptic active band membranes in the 8th and 9th month were 0.019μm^2/μm^3 and 0.041μm^2/μm^3;(3)、The thick- ness of the synoptic membrane,in the 8th month,the thicknesses of the anterior and posterior membrane were separately 13.4±0.58μm and 13.75±0.96μm;in the 9th month,they were separately 13.91±0.74μm and 21.04±2.37μm.The synaptie gaps in the 8th and 9th month were separately 14.26±1.43μm and 15.34μ0.98μm.(4)、Synaptie bubbles and the volume of mitochondria in the 8th month were 8.56% and 4.20%;in the 9th month 11.20% and 9. 02%.
