摘　　要：从环境心理学和运输心理学角度分析旅客在当今客站内所面临的不快及挫折的心理状态,将旅客的行为活动和心里状态作为设计的重要因素,以贯彻“以人为本”的设计思想,不断完善客站设计理论,从而充分满足作为完成活动主体的旅客功能需求和精神需要。From the behavioral activity and psychological state of passenger is com sidereal as an important factor in design by environmental psychology and transport psychology.Accorgingly improve environment and flow as well as service means to satisfy passenger＇s demand for function and spirit,carrying out humanizationa thought of designs continually.
