摘　　要：在城市住宅郊区化的时代背景下,笔者以奉化市城西(生态住区)分区规划为实例,着重探讨了空间形态的布局和人居环境的塑造,其探讨对类似规划具有一定的参考意义。Under the background of residence subuthanization in city, as an example of the divisional planning （zoology uptown） of the west of Fenghua City. the author dis cusses the layout of spacial shape and the conformation of habitadonal environment mainly, which has referenced mcaning on similar planning in a way.
