佛山老城历史文化保护的规划管理举措探讨

摘　　要：佛山老城实行冻结式保护已经达12年之久,本文通过对其现状的有针对性的分析,从规划管理的角度探讨了如何通过保护目标和保护对象的确立,将老城的保护规划融入上位规划,制定合乎佛山老城自身特点的密度、强度、绿化覆盖率、限高等规划参数,细分不同类型建筑和环境的保护对策,以及通过分图图则和GIS嵌入日常管理体系,在规划管理中更好地对老城进行历史文化保护,同时激发其活力。The historic city of Foshan has been in the situation of frozen preservation for 12 years, It＇s time to make it open and regenerated. The thesis discusses how to combine the conservation plan into upperlevel plan, and make reasonable technical indicators such as building coverage, density, green coverage, height limitation according to the character of Foshan historic city. The thesis also probes into how to use the corresponding planning control to regenerate the historic city, suggests to use subdivision conservation measurements, make detailed code and integrate them into daily administration through GIS.
