摘　　要：城市中的建筑逃避不了与城市的对话,包括对城市空间的解读、对城市历史的尊重、对城市生活的贡献等等,而浙江省人大、政协办公楼作为浙江省人民大会堂的配套工程,这样的对话应该更为积极、更为全面、更为深入。The communication between the city and the architecture in the city cannot be ignored, such as the review of the urban space, the respect to the history and the contribution to the city life, etc. As the office building of the national people＇s congress and the people＇s political consultative committee is the companion project of the people＇s great hall of Zhejiang province, the communication should be more active, more comprehensive and deeper.
