摘　　要：在近20年城市发展实践基础上,为使物质环境空间获得更凝重、深刻的中国文化内涵,物质、精神相得益彰,更好地继承发扬光大中国城市规划精神、物质并重的优良传统,提出规划意的构想。意由境生、境由意出,政治、经济因素与文化因素三者互促共赢,物质环境与精神环境相互作用、相辅相成,使城市各不相同的人群,各得其所、各得其乐。Based on the city development practice in near iwenty years, this article puts forward the conception of intention of plan in order to create the environment space with the more dignified and profundity connotation of Chinese eutture, make substance and inspirit bring out the best in each other to inherit and develop the choiceness tradition of Chinese city plan. Intention grows due to environment and new environment grows due to intention Make the harmony with polity, economy and culture and promote three factors to create the physical and spirit environment supplement each other in order to give happy and proper place to the deferent crowds with deferent ideas.
