摘　　要：该文介绍了第二届中国威海国际建筑设计大赛金奖作品——杭州亲亲家园B12组团排屋住宅建筑设计,剖析特定类型住宅的空间组合模式,探索改善空间品质并使之更适宜人类活动的设计思路。With the introduction of a special practice, the B12 block of HangZhou ＂Warm town＂ residence area, which had won the golden prize in the ＂Second international Architecture Sesign Competition, Weihai, China＂, this paper analyzes the space combination of the specific apartment, and proposes design tactics around how to improve the space quality and make it more suitable for human activity.
