摘　　要：营造舒适的环境是建筑设计的目的之一。然而,在舒适与节能之间往往存在着矛盾。如何解决这个矛盾是当前建筑设计领域中一个重要的课题。在传统乡土建筑中蕴藏着一些适应当地气候的技术。在此基础上,文章研究了结合气候与传统技术营造低能耗建筑的案例,提出了创造低能耗、舒适的建筑之对策。t Creating comfortable environment is one of the aims In building design. There usually exist contradiction between comfort and energy-conservation, How to solve the problem is a very important subject. There is a system of local energy-conservation techniques contained in the traditional vernacular buildings which fit to local climate. Based on the local techniques, the article studies the works which combine with the local climates and local techniques to create low energy buildings, and discusses strategies for creating the Pow-energy and comfortable buildings.
