摘　　要：该文说明目前体育馆建设存在的问题主要由一个因果圈所决定,突破因果圈的关键在于建设方提高水准与改进工作。The article explain the existent problem about sports building are decided mostly by the cause and effect circle. At the same time, it brings forward that breaching the key of cause and effect circle rests with advancing build owner＇s level and improving work.
