资源型城市工业废弃地活化与再生策略初探

摘　　要：衰退现象是资源型城市面临的共性问题,资源型城市的工业废弃地既是城市危机的承载对象,又是城市复兴地寄予载体。该文通过分析提出了工业废弃地活化与再生的原理和目标,进而探讨了活化与再生的实施策略和具体方法。One of the common phenomena during the developing process of the Source based cities is the decay. The Industrial wasteland in these cities plays double roles： it is both the origin of the crisis and on the contrary the revival factor. This essay discusses on the activation and the regeneration principles, aims, enforceable strategies and methods to improve the holistic quality of the industrial wasteland.
