摘　　要：通过分析柏林重新统一后的城市建设状况,得出对中国城市建设的有益启示．即通过内城开发来完善城市结构和减少城市扩张对周边地区的压力,通过功能混合修正了现代建筑的城市规划指导原则,通过发展生态建筑来减少建筑的能源需求。同时,从僵化的城市建设指导原则、商业开发以及过激的建筑文化氛围对城市建设的负面影响三个方面,归纳出当代柏林城市建设中的不足。This paper analyses the urban construction after the reunification of Berlin,which leads to the revelation to contemporary Chinese ubran construction.The measures include;developing old city to integrate urban fabric and reduce the pressure of the urban expanding to surrounding areas.using mixed function to revise the principtes of modern urban planning.building ecological architectures to reduce the energy consumption.At the same time,the paper concludes three deficiencies of the construction in Berlin.which are rigescent urban construction principles.bad effects of comercial development and unsuitable cultural atmosphere.
