中药消痔灵致大白鼠慢性肾衰模型的复制

摘　　要：为检验中药消痔灵经皮注肾制作大白鼠慢性肾衰模型的稳定及可重复性，我们对其进行了复制，结果获得成功。血肌酐（ＳＣｒ）、尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）呈进行性升高趋势，造模后１２周Ｓｃｒ：２３８．５±３０．６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＢＵＮ：１０．２０±０．９６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＲＢＣ：６．１７±０．３８×１０１２／Ｌ，Ｈｂ：１１６．２±１３．１ｇ／Ｌ，与正常对照组比较，有显著性差异，Ｐ＜０．０１。免疫组化检查，肾小球基膜、血管壁、肾小管等处均可见ＩｇＧ沉积，光镜。In order to test and verify steadiness and duplication that model of chronic Renal Failure(CRF) ly injecting “Xiao Zhi LIng” though skin to kidncy. Reconstructecl this model is succesful. The Scr and Bu/V appear continuous raising. After 12 weaks in inaked model,Scr:238.5±30.6 μmol/L, BUN:10.20±0.96mmol/L,higher than normal controls( P<0.01) . As result of immunohstochemistry: IgG cleposit in glonerular basement membranc,renal tubules, and vassular wall. Pathologic change is similar to contracted kidney of human.
