摘  要:山西阳光发电有限责任公司2#炉空气预热器(以下简称“空预器”)支撑梁运行过程中发生了大变形异常现象,直接影响了机组安全运行。2005年1月课题组接受了研究任务,用有限元法、电测法分析了梁大变形异常现象,得出了科学结论,排除了由于温差应力引起工字梁的大变形;排除了由于烟道整体结构变形引起工字梁的大变形。并提出了对空预器工字梁的改造方案,通过改造后空预器至今运行正常。A shape-changing happened to the steel beam supporting the air preheater in No. 2 furnace of Shanxi Yangguang Electricity Co. Ltd during an operation, which directly affected the safe opreation of generator units. In january, 2005 the researrch group accepted the task and analyzed the causes of the beam's shape-changing in the way of finite unknown and electric measuring. And a conclusion was reached: The shape-changing was not caused by the change of response force resulted from difference in temperature or shape change of the whole fume pipe construction. Afer analyzing every possible cause, the research group suggested a reforming scheme to the I-shaped beam of the air preheater. The air preheater has been working properly since it was rebult.
