摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法测定，注射用双黄连（冻干）连翘苷含量的方法。方法 色谱条件为C18柱，流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（25：75：01），UV检测波长为278nm。结果 此方法线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为102．03％（n=9）。结论 本方法准确，回收率好。Objective： To establish HPLCmethod to determine the forsythin in inject shuang huang lian. Methods： The HPLC method for determination of forsythin was C18 （250×4. 6m）, mixture hcetonitrile-Water-hcetic acid glacial（25： 75： 0. 1）as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 278nm. Results： This method showed a good linear relationship. The mean recovery was 102.03%（n=9）.Conclusion： This method is accurate and good recovery
