摘  要:目的探讨孟鲁司特对学龄前哮喘患儿血清一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法对44例首次符合哮喘诊断标准的学龄前患儿予孟鲁司特治疗4周(4 mg/d,1次/d,)。分别在治疗前、治疗1周、治疗结束后进行3次检查,测定血清NO2-/NO3-水平,并与健康对照组比较。结果哮喘患儿治疗前血清NO2-/NO3-水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);孟鲁司特治疗1周后哮喘患儿血清NO2-/NO3-水平与治疗前相比无显著差异,但明显高于对照组;治疗4周后其血清NO2-/NO3-水平明显下降,与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特治疗学龄前儿童哮喘可降低血清NO2-/NO3-水平,血清NO水平可作为评价哮喘儿童呼吸道炎症的重要指标。Objective To explore the influence of montelukast on plasma nitric oxide in preschool children with asthma. Methods Forty - four preschool children with asthma aged 2 - 5 years who firstly met a criterion of asthma and treated 4 weeks with rnontelukast were investigated;and nitric oxide levels of plasma were inspected respectively before treatment and after treatment 1 week, 4 weeks. Results The level of nitric oxide in the plasma of asthmatic children was obviously higher than that in normal control group (P 〈 0.01); after 1 week with montelukast treated, there was no obvious difference with treatment before; after 4 weeks, nitric oxide levels in plasma were significantly lower than those of before treatment, and there was no difference between it and control group. Conclusions Montelukast can reduce the nitric oxide levels in plasma of preschool children with asthma. Plasma nitric oxide levels may be a helpful index for the evaluation of airway inflammation in asthma.
