摘 要:近年来一些大容量电站锅炉发生了过热器、再热器的超温爆管事故。发生事故的主要原因之一是过热器、再热器进口集箱引入三通处蒸汽在集箱中复杂流动工况下产生涡流,处在涡流区的管屏蒸汽流量减少,使汽温和金属壁温升高。为此,对集箱中涡流这一复杂的流动问题进行了模化试验、理论分析和实炉验证,并在实践和理论相结合的基础上制订出一套完整的计算方法和软件,经实炉测量,验证符合实际情况。Abstract Some overheating effected tube burst failures in superheaters and reheafers of large utility boilers occurred in recent years. The main source of these failures are vortices existing, in front of Tee-Junctions of entering headers of superheaters and reheaters, caused by the complex flow conditions in the headers. The flow rate at entering tube banks, located in the vortex zones, is less than elsewhere,herewith effecting local steam and tube wall temperature rises. For the purpose of disclosing the complex flow conditions in headers, model tests, theoretical studies and verification tests on actual boilers were undertaken and a complete method of calculation, including relevant soft has been developped, based both on experience and theory. Test results conducted on actual boilers have demonstrated the agreement with actual conditions.
