摘  要:阐述了低倍率循环流化床高温热水锅炉的设计要点:低倍率燃烧方式,中温分离,双级燃烧,密相区保留埋管,工质侧采用强制循环,水系统采用各受热面管内流动方向一律向上的强制循环方式。计算结果表明,大容量循环床高温热水炉在突然停电时比较安全。此外,提出了必要的停电保护措施。Abstract The following main design feature of a low circulation fluidized hot waterboiler are elucidated: combustion with low circulation ration, separation undermiddling temperature, two stage combustion, submerged tubes retained in thedense phase region and forced circulations of the working medium, so that the flowdirection within the tubes of the heating surface is exclusively upwards. Calculation shows that circulating bed hot water boilers are more safe, in case of powerdisruption. The paper also lists some protective measures against power disruption.
