摘 要:在1台燃煤量30kg/h的飞灰循环流化床装置上进行了NOx、N2O释放4令性和排放控制的试验研究.研究表明:床温升高,NOx增加、N2O减少,相同温度下烟煤的N2O排放低于无烟煤。分级燃烧的二次风率增至15%,NOx排放降低14%、N2O降低24%。Ca/S比增加,导致Nox提高、N2O减小.悬浮段温度不大于935℃处注氨可以显著降低NOx排放量而对N2O却无还原效果图12。Abstract Studies of NOx and N2O emission control have been performed on a 30 kg/h coal consuming fly ash circulating fluidized bed facility. The studies show that NOx increases with increasing bed femperature while N2O reduces and emission of N2O is less for bituminous than for anthracite coal under same temperature conditions. Emission of NOx is reduced by 14% and that of N2O by 24% if secondary air in staged combustion is increased to 15%. An increase of Ca/S ratio entails an increase of NOx and a reduction of N2O.Injection of amonium into the suspension zone, where the temperature is below 935℃,noticeable deminishes the emission of NOx without showing any reducing effect on N2O.
