摘　　要：应用AspenPlus流程模拟软件,建立了K.K苯加氢系统萃取精馏单元的计算模型。对宝钢K.K苯加氢装置的操作工况进行了模拟计算,并利用模型对生产装置进行了分析。模拟结果与生产数据相吻合,表明所建立的模型能够用于工程设计和指导生产。By means of Aspen Plus process analog software, the calculating model of extraction and rectification unit of K. K benzol hydro -refining system is established. The analog calculation is made on the operating condition of K. K benzol hydro - refining system of Baosteel, and the analysis is made with the model. The analog result coincides with production data, this shows that the established model can be used for engineering design and guiding produetion.
