摘　　要：从复合图书馆的概念、馆藏建设、用户服务、管理模式等问题出发,综述国外图书馆学界近10年来取得的研究成果和经验;强调复合图书馆是数字图书馆和传统图书馆两种形态的有机结合统一体,需要对其收藏的数字或纸质本信息资源进行高度整合。文章旨在为我国复合图书馆的研究和实践提供参考。This paper summarizes the overseas research results and experience in nearly 10 years on the concept, collection construction, user service and management of hybrid libraries. As a unity of traditional library and digital library, the hybrid library needs highly integrate digital and primed information resources to redefine the library＇s functions and tasks. This paper aims at providing reference and experience for the research and practice of Chinese hybrid library,
