摘　　要：近些年来阜新市收缴了703枚战争时期遗留下来的废旧炮弹,这些爆炸物品已失去使用价值,但对人民的生命财产构成了威胁。根据这些废旧的炮弹的特点,决定采用爆炸法销毁这些废旧的炮弹。文章介绍了根据炮弹类型的不同而采用的不同装药方法;炮弹的运输的过程和安全警戒等销毁的整个过程。经过精心操作,取得了预期的效果。There are 703 discarded military mines and shells left over in the times of wars in Fuxin city in the recent years, the military mines and shells had lost use value, but the existence of these explosive articles is a great menace to the life and property of the people. On the basis of their features, these mines and shells have been destroyed by use of explosion method. According to the different types of mines and shells used different ways to install explosives; the entire process of the mines and shells transport and the security alert are been introduced in the paper. Expected blasting results reached thanking to the above elaborate construction.
