摘　　要：为实现电测系统在测量精度和接口性能上的新突破,介绍了一种采用CS5460作为计量器件、PDIUSBD12作为USB通信接口芯片的电能量监测系统的构成原理、接口方式和设计思路,重点分析讨论了数字化芯片串行通讯的时序、微控制器固件程序结构、Windows监控软件的驱动模型WDM等关键技术。理论与实践均表明该系统具有广泛的适应范围和可观的实用价值。In order to make a new breakthrough in accuracy of measurement and performance of interface of electrical measurement system, this paper introduces the structure and principle, method of Interface and design idea of the electric monitoring system using CS5460 as chip for measure and PDIUSBD12 as chip for USB communication.Also analysed and discusses the crucial technology such as the time sequence for serial communication of digital chip,program structure of MCU,Windows Driver Model.The theory and practice show the system have wide sphere of application and considerable utility value.
