摘　　要：通过构建农村信用社经营能力评价指标体系,对福建省农村信用社的总体经营能力进行评价。着重评价分析流动性能力、盈利与发展能力、安全性经营能力、综合发展能力,认为能力建设是农村信用社可持续经营的有效途径,必将成为农村金融体制改革的最佳结合点,也将推动现代农村金融企业制度的建立。The article assesses the total management capability of rural credit cooperativcs in Fujian through the evaluating capability norm system for rural credit cooperatives＇ management capability, emphatically assesses and analyses the capability of circulation, profit, safe management and comprehensive development. It is pointed out that the ability construction is the efficiency approach for the rural eredit cooperatives＇ sustainable management, It must be the best junction of rural financial system innovation, and mast propel the construction of modern rural financial enterprise＇ system.
