煤系高岭石粘土岩在乳胶漆中的应用

摘　　要：采用我国内蒙古某地煤系地层中的高岭石粘土岩研制成高白度、超微细的煅烧高岭土填料，可替代部分钛白用于乙丙内用乳胶漆和苯丙外用乳胶漆，其性能与进口粘土相当，既降低生产成本，又充分利用矿产资源。介绍了该煅烧高岭土的生产工序及其在乳胶漆的应用。A calcinated kaolin clay with higher whiteness and ultra-fine particles made from the kaolinite clay within the coal mine in the Inner Monoglia in China has been developed, which can be used in vinyl acetate/acrylate or styrene/acrylate interior and exterior latex paint to partially replace the TiO_2 pigment. Its properties is similar to the imported clay. So it can reduce the cost and make full use of the resources.The production process and its application in latex paint of this calcinated kaolin clay were described.
