摘　　要：为保证每个学生掌握基本的知识与能力，2006年，法国教育部出台相关法令，从七个方面对法国义务教育应达到的目标进行了清晰的界定。In order to make every student grasp basic knowledge and abilities, French Ministry of Education has issued relevant decree in 2006, which indicates the goal of French compulsory education from seven aspects.
