正电胶水平井钻井液体系的研究与应用

摘　　要：题示钻井液是针对中原油田“三高一低”油藏研制的,所用处理剂主要来自本地区专业化工厂。以现场聚磺体系井浆为实验钻井液,筛选出流型调节剂(有机聚合物正电胶AMZ+阳离子流型调节剂SPJ-1)、防卡润滑剂(原油+原油乳化稳定剂SPJ-2+聚合醇+AMZ)、防塌抑制剂(AMZ+聚合醇)及蔽屏暂堵剂(油溶性,PFG-A)。由井浆和筛选出的处理剂及其他处理剂配制钻井液,根据常态和120℃滚动后的性能选出基本配方,进而得到由聚合物Lv-CMC、阳离子磺化酚醛树脂PSP等共12种处理剂组成的最佳配方。该盐水有机正电胶钻井液已成功用于中原油田三口侧钻水平井段钻井,满足了携带岩屑及钻井工程的需要,保证了井身质量和电测、固井的顺利施工。详细介绍了在含大段盐膏层或盐层的两口井应用的情况,包括井况、技术难题、现场配制工艺(钻井液转化和性能维护)、应用及效果。表5参2。The titled drilling fluid （DF） is developed for use in hostile reservoirs of HT, HP, high TSD, and low permeability in Zhongyuan and the main additives in DF are manufactured by local special chemical plants. With a polymer/sulfonate DF taken from drilling site in experiments, following additives are screened： positively charged organic polymer gel AMZ ＋ cationic flow adjuster SPJ- 1 for rheologic behavior control; crude oil ＋ crude oil emulsifier/stabilizer SPJ-2 ＋ polyol ＋ AMZ for anti-pipesticking and lubrication; AMZ＋ polyol for anti-caving and inhibition; and an oil soluble shielding/temporarily plugging agent, PFG-A- For a series of experimental DFs prepared with a DF from drilling site and the screened and other necessary additives, the properties before and after rolling at 120℃ are determined and a basic recept is obtained and leads to an optimal recept, composed of 12 additives totally with polymer Lv-CMC, cationic sulfonated phenolic resin PSP and others included. This positively charged organic gel salt water DF has been successfully used in drilling three sidetracked horizontal wells in Zhongyuan with the needs for cuttings carrying and the drilling engineering requirements met properly, a good wellbore quality ensured and the electric logging and the well cementing performed without troubles. Its uses in two wells with long salt/gypse or salt zones are presented in some detail with the situation, technical problems, preparing technology （conversion and maintenance）, application, and results described.
