基 金:生态经济型竹种在长江中下游低丘治理中的应用与产业开发技术(2004EC000029)
摘 要:对我国竹子抗寒性研究做了较全面的回顾和总结,并结合近年来相关领域的研究方法和结果,对今后的竹子抗寒性研究提出了设想和展望。目前竹子抗寒性研究工作主要集中在从外观形态来调查抗寒性的区域、竹子抗寒性良种选育与引种方面;而抗寒生理机理、内部因素、抗寒性与分子水平的研究,增强抗寒性的措施等方面还有待进一步加强,这也是今后竹子抗寒性研究新的课题和方向。The progress in the research on the cold endurance of bamboo was summarized comprehensively in China. In addition, based on the progress and techniques of researches on cold endurmace of the plants, the authors also proposed some ideas on the future research of bamboo cold endurance. The recent researches on bamboo cold endurance are mainly about the following subjects: selection and introduction of foreign cold tolerant breeds, physiological assessment of cold endurance and the measures to improve the winter-tolerance of bamboo. However, there have been little improvement on the studies of inner mechanisms of the cold endurance of bamboo, on the dynamic process of cold endurace and cold-injury, or on the molecular genetics, which are all important aspects in the progress of cold endurance study. So it is proposed that these subjects may become the future evolution directions of bamboo cold endurance research.
