摘　　要：烂尾楼项目的设计不同于新建项目的设计,与既有项目的改造和加固设计也有区别。介绍了某烂尾楼项目的改造与加层设计,涉及到原有桩基础的利用、下部结构的加固改造、新旧结合部位的处理和上部加层部分对原钢构件的改造利用等问题,得出一些有用的结论,希望能引起专家学者与设计人员对此类问题足够的重视。The design of the half-baked building is not only different from that of a new building, but also different from that of strengthening and alteration. The design of one half-baked building is discussed, which includes reuse of the existing piles, strengthening and alteration of the lower structure, the measures of connection between newly-built and oldly-built, and alteration and reuse of the existing steel member. Some useful results can be deduced, and the intention is to draw more attention of designers and related personnel to such problems.
