摘　　要：对失效压铸模的显微组织、力学性能、裂纹及断口特征等进行了综合分析,结果表明其开裂原因主要与热处理特别是回火不足有关;建议加强回火工艺的控制,确保加热温度和时间的准确性。After a comprehensive analysis on microstructure, mechanical properties and fractures and cracks appearance of a die-casting mould for water pump, the results show that the insufficient temper is the main reasons to lead the die- casting mould crack. The relevant suggestion was put forward to strictly control the tempering process and ensure the temperature and heat preservation time exact.
