摘　　要：针对矿石特性,结合多年生产实践,根据先进的磨矿、浮选理论,从浮选工艺入手,选用北京矿冶研究总院研制生产的CLF型粗颗粒浮选机,对分级溢流粗粒进行快速浮选,解决了因磨机台效大幅度提高而导致磨矿细度降低、影响选矿回收率的问题,达到了提高综合经济效益的目的。Aimed at different mineral properties, with rich product practice experiences, according to advanced mill and flotation theory, getting down from flotation process, CLF type coarse particle flotation cells,developed and produced by BGRIMM, are adopted in flash flotation of overflow coarse particles. It resolved the problem that milling fineness decreases with the great increasing of mill efficiency per set and influent mineral KEY process recovery, and enhanced the comprehensive economic profit.
