太西无烟煤粉生产优质铸造型焦试验研究

摘　　要：考察了以优质太西无烟粉煤为主要原料,不同添加剂种类,不同添加剂量对型焦质量的影响,并对小试优化结果进行了放大试验。研究表明,在适宜的工艺条件下,配入一定量的适宜种类的添加剂,利用无烟粉煤可以得到优质铸造型焦。Based on using the high quality fine anthracite of Taixi, investigated the influence on the quality of formed coke of different kinds and proportion of additive, and the enlargement test is carried out by optimizing. The result indicated that in the fitting process, high quality formed foundry coke is produced by adding the fitting quantity and kind of additive and using the fine anthracite.
