摘 要:目的:探索一种定量判断心室壁机械感受性反射敏感性大小的方法,并观察缓冲神经对其的影响。方法:成年猫去缓冲神经前后,分别采取逐级夹闭升主动脉以提高左心室内压,观察心率和左心室内压之间的关系。结果:(1)去缓冲神经前,心率和左心室舒张末压之间存在负相关关系,而与左心室收缩压无相关性;(2)去缓冲神经后,心率和左心室舒张末压之间依然存在负相关关系,而与左心室收缩压无相关注,且左心室舒张末压的变化引起的心率改变明显增大(P<0.05);(3)不同个体之间,心室壁机械感受性反射敏感性有差异。结论:随着左心室舒张末压的变化而导致的心率改变可反映心室壁机械感受性反射敏感性,且因个体而异并受缓冲神经的紧张性影响。To develop a measurable method of ventricular mechanoreceptor reflex sensitivity and investigate the effect of buffering nerve on it. Methods: The relationship between heart rate (HR) and left ventricular pressure(LVP) was observed in cats when LVP was lifted by ascending aorta gradationally occluded before and after sino-aortic denervation. Results: (1) HR correlated negatively with left ventricular endo-diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and no obvious relationship between HR and left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP) before sino-aortic denervation; (2) After denervation, HR still correlated negatively with LVEDP, and the change of HR with increase in LVEDP became larger; (3) Among cats, the change of HR with increase in LVEDP was different. Conclusion: The change of HR with increase in LVEDP can represent the sensitivity of ventricular mechanoreceptor reflex, it was different among cats and affected by afferent of baroreflex.
