美心力与二磷酸果糖治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较美心力和二磷酸果糖治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的疗效。方法将90例急性VMC患儿随机分为对照组(大剂量维生素C+极化液)、美心力组(美心力+大剂量维生素C+极化液)和果糖组(二磷酸果糖+大剂量维生素C+极化液),治疗1个月后比较三组的心电图、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白TnT。结果治疗后美心力组和果糖组心电图、CK-MB恢复正常的有效率及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P均<0.05),而TnT转阴率无显著性差异(P均>0.05);美心力组和果糖组比较其心电图、CK-MB恢复正常的有效率和Tnt转阴率及治疗总有效率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论美心力治疗小儿VMC,其心电图的改善和CK-MB的降低及治疗总有效率与二磷酸果糖无差异,均优于对照组,美心力治疗小儿VMC经济、有效,值得在儿科临床推广应用。Objective To compare the curative effect of adenosine cyelphosphate and fructose diphosphate in treating infantile acute viral myocarditis （ VMC）. Methods 90 eases with infantile acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into 3 groups：the control group treated with large doses of Vitamin C and polarized liquid, the adenosine cyelphosphate group treated with adenosine cyclphosphate, large doses of Vitamin C and polarized liquid, the fructose diphosphate group treated with fructose diphosphate, large doses of Vitamin C and polarized liquid; The electrocardiogram, the creatinine kinase isoenzyme MB （CK- MB）and troponin T （ Tnt） of the 3 groups were compared 1 month after treatment. Results The effective rates of electrocardiogram and creatinine kinase isoenzyme MB recovery and the total effective rates were higher than that of the control group with significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there existed no significant difference in 3 groups in TnT returning to negative （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There were no significances in the effective rates of electrocardiogram and creatinine kinase isoenzyme MB recovery, TnT returning to negative, and the total effective rate between the adenosine cyclphosphate group and the fructose diphosphate group. Coaclusion Adenosine cyclphosphate is effective in treating infantile acute viral myocardits.
