从本体保护到历史环境保护——以历史文化名城韩城为例  

From the Protection of Main Body to the Protection of the Historical Environment:A Case Study of the Historically and Culturally Famous Hancheng City

摘　　要：国内外历史文化遗产的保护进程清晰地表明，当前对历史文化遗产的保护已由最初的本体保护上升到历史环境保护阶段。历史文化名城作为文化遗产的主要类型之一与重要关注对象，其破坏、保护、利用值得研究。我们以历史文化名城韩城为例，提取了其城市文化内涵，客观分析了其保护中面临的严峻形势，进而提出：对本体保护应该采取“新旧城分离”的新型保护模式，同时强调历史环境保护的重要性。文章启示：要保证文化遗产的可持续利用与发展，必须将本体保护提高到历史环境保护的认识阶段。将文化遗产的本体保护与历史环境保护有效结合，应该为当前遗产研究界所遵循。The course of protection of the domestic and foreign historical cultural heritage has shown clearly that the protection of the historical cultural heritage has currently arrived at a new stage from the initial stage of main body protection to the historical environmental protection stage. Being the main type of cultural heritage and an important object concerned in this process,the destruction, protection and utilization of the historically and culturally famous cities is worth studying. Taking the case of the historically and culturally famous city of Han Cheng, this article has worked out its civic culture connotation, and objectively analyzed the grave situation faced in its protection, and then proposed that the strategy to protect the main body should adopt a new type of protection method of＂separation between the new and old city ＂,at meantime it should also emphasize the importance of the historical environmental protection. At the end, the article sheds a light of inspiration：in order to guarantee the sustainable utility and development of the cultural heritage,we must step forward from the main body protection stage to the stage of the historical environmental protection;we must effectively combine the main body protection of the cultural heritage with the protection of the historical environment. This idea should be followed by the current research circle of heritage.
