摘　　要：确立“利益协调”为构建和谐新农村的基本原则,首先,对“利益协调”要从“名称式”的认识进入到“概念式”的理解;其次,对确立这一原则的依据要从“感性”阶段上升到“理性”高度;最后,切实地贯彻这一原则要从“抽象”转化为“具体”。Establishing ＂harmony of interests＂ for the building of a harmonious new rural basic principles of the ＂coordination of benefits＂ from the ＂names＂ of access to the ＂concept＂. Secondly, to establish the basis of this principle from the ＂emotional＂ stage to the level of ＂irrational＂ high; Finally, the practical implementation of the principles from the ＂abstract＂ into ＂concrete＂.
