摘　　要：我国物权立法工作正紧锣密鼓地进行,相关国际金融组织和中国人民银行均向立法机关提交了完善其中动产担保物权制度的建议。在具体的立法工作中应从动产担保制度的最新发展与国际趋势、动产担保物范围的重构、动产担保权公示制度的重构、动产担保优先顺位的重构、动产担保权实行制度的重构入手,以求完善我国动产担保物权的立法研究。Our property law legislation is in intense process. Some international finance institutions and the People＇s Bank of China have made suggestion to the legislation authority that the secured transaction law be improved. The essay examines our secured financing law from the prospect of international secured transaction law, and addresses some views about relevant systems restructure. The essay emphasizes on the limits on collaterals, publicity of security interests, priority rules among the completing rights on the same collateral, and enforcement of security interests.
